Mr. Dobson received his Juris Doctorate in 1990 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He has vast experience representing landlords in residential and commercial real estate disputes,  and in litigating and successfully resolving eviction actions. His other practice areas include Consumer Fraud, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, Civil RICO, Class Action and Mass Tort claims. Mr. Dobson is also well versed in Administrative Courts including the Federal Court of Claims as well as the leading national arbitration and mediation companies. Mr. Dobson frequently serves as local counsel for several prominent regional and national law firms. Mr. Dobson practices from Lober & Dobson, LLC’s office in historic downtown Macon, Georgia as well as from the firm’s office in the vibrant city center of downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee.
