Florida


Bruce “Kirk” Eason, Esq.
Kirk earned his undergraduate degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He began his legal career in New York City at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as a legal assistant in the firm’s real estate division. Kirk attended law school on a Full Merit Scholarship at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, FL. While attending law school he earned the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award and studied abroad at Nankai University located in Tianjin, China. After graduating law school Kirk has since concentrated in practicing exclusively in the civil courts throughout the state of Florida with a focus almost entirely on litigated real estate matters. Kirk has handled 1000’s of cases, instructed on landlord/tenant matters, and has been featured multiple times on news networks including Bay News 9 and ABC Action News.
Georgia



Ben earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a B.A. in European History and Business Law in 1999. He attended law school at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating law school Ben has since concentrated in practicing exclusively in the civil courts throughout the state of Georgia with a focus almost entirely on litigated real estate matters. Ben has handled 1000’s of cases, and currently focuses on general claims relating to commercial and residential real estate and other real property matters for landlords. Ben also specializes in IT Project Management and Integration, and has previously worked as a developer, banker, consultant, and financier.



Jackson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia graduating with a B.A. Degree in History. Jackson attended law school at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Since graduating law school Jackson has since concentrated his practice on landlord-tenant disputes, real estate litigation, collections, and real property foreclosures. He has several years of experience in magistrate court where he developed experience in LL/T.

Michael E. Winer has more than 30 years of experience practicing law in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Winer’s practice focuses on the representation of landlords in litigation throughout the courts of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. During his career, Mr. Winer has worked closely with the Governors’ Commission on Landlord Tenant Affairs to implement changes to the Landlord Tenant law in the State of Maryland. Additionally, Mr. Winer has been involved with various trade associations including the Apartment and Office Building Association and the Property Management Association and has undertaken lobbying efforts in various jurisdictions to implement laws beneficial to landlords.
